Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver care and support aligned with clients’ plans.
- Regularly assess and adapt support plans to mirror evolving client needs and desires.

- Maintain comprehensive and participatory client records.
- Safeguard clients from harm while promoting dignified and positive risk-taking; address any abusive or harmful situations promptly.

- Proactively manage and diffuse challenging behaviors in adherence to the Support Plan.
- Comply with all Health and Safety protocols, ensuring regular training refreshers.

- Oversee medication management, adhering to company procedures.
- Conduct routine housekeeping tasks, from cleaning to cooking, as per service needs.
- Assist clients in menu planning while emphasising healthy, culturally-relevant choices.
- Be cognizant of legal frameworks such as DOLS, MCA, and Safeguarding, especially during intricate care scenarios.
- Support clients in external activities, be it sports, cultural outings, or community events.
- Accompany clients to regular and specialized medical appointments as needed.
