We’re seeking a qualified RGN or RMN nurse to take on the role of Clinical Lead in our team. As the Clinical Lead, your primary responsibilities will include direct supervision of care staff, risk assessments, care planning, and collaboration with the broader healthcare team. Overseeing and managing medications is also key.
Requirements include:
- A valid NMC Pin.
- A flexible work schedule to ensure consistent service quality.
- Commitment to evidence-based care, with the skill to assess, plan, implement, and re-evaluate individualised care.
- Strong collaboration skills, especially with the multidisciplinary team.
